My worst service ever for my camper van

I have taken my van to trustford annually for service and mot for 3 years. On my last visit, I pointed out the things that I knew would stop the van from passing its mot, hoping that they would do the obvious work before doing the mot. My van also had a crack in the corner of the windscreen, but they would not allow autoglass onto their premises to repair it, so I had to settle up for the work they had already done. I had to settle up my bill so far, before they would release my van for me to drive illegally to Autoglass for a new windscreen. They are now claiming that my payment was never received, but they would not have released my van if that was the case. I will not use their service department again.
