Myself and my wife visited this company on the afternoon of Friday 6 August with the intention of looking for a suitable vehicle to replace our own - there were 3 sales representatives in the main showroom one of whom was on the phone obviously on a business call whilst the other two acknowledged our presence but were busy on their smartphones too busy evidently to consider enquiring as to whether we might require any assistance. Having hovered around for a while in the showroom for a while in the hope that either of these two employees might trouble themselves to leave their phones alone and possibly sell a car, we gave up and had a wander around the cars on sale and ourselves identified possibly 3 or 4 vehicles that might have been suitable for our needs. During that time at least two other individuals employed by the firm walked past us or was manouvering a vehicle near to us, but again no approach was made to us along the lines of "can I help"? For example!! We left very glad that we had not purchased a vehicle over the Internet as the level of service, or rather, total lack of customer service is staggering - I have no idea how such an outfit can survive with such a high value level of stock which must require a fast turnover combined with an incompetent staff Avoid would be my recommendation.
