0 STARS - Terrible Experience

All fine when I was interested in buying, friendly and approachable. HOWEVER, this did not remain the case when I found issues with the car. Very rude owner who refused to put anything in writing to me and wanted everything over phone call. After weeks and weeks of trying to reject the vehicle after they failed to attempt to repair (stating it wasn’t an issue they could sort) I finally got a partial refund after threatening court proceedings. This car which I was told they would not sell again, or any other of this model of that age bracket because of the ‘notorious’ problems they apparently weren’t aware of before I reported it. However it is now back on the forecourt for £1000 more than I was refunded! Absolutely awful experience, repeatedly lied to, information not disclosed, spoke over me constantly on the phone and probably hoped I’d just drop it. There was an oil leak that they denied over and over again stating my type of car just burns oil quicker and nothing they could do - 2 other garages confirmed an oil leak. I very much doubt this has been fixed prior to being re-advertised since they told me it couldn’t be sorted. Very worrying that someone will go through the exact same issues as me if unfortunate enough to buy. PLEASE AVOID DEALING WITH THIS GARAGE.
