Dealt with a serious dent on our new BMW by “repairing” it like a naughty teenager so as to disguise it. Denied when it fell apart it was even a repair. BMW do not make clearly if you buy here your contract is with an independent 3rd party so will not help. Only way to avoid arrange a £500 inspection by the AA and a bodyshop before driving away.
