Awful, wont answer the phone after a fau

Car developed angine failure afterb1 month. Initially Luke answered and said he would look at the warranty and since then ghosted every phone call. The receptionist, Claire Allen stopped answering emails and their colleague James answered the phone twice, and 'appeared surprised' that Luke didnt return anybohone calls. Now he does not answer calls either. Complained to autotrader now taking legal action. Completely dishonest people DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!
