I rated this dealer with a 1 as there is no ZERO available. My wife agreed to buy a mini for £18,000 from this dealer,several days later the dealer told us they had forgot to add VAT to the price of the car !!!!.the VAT was £3600 and said we could have the car for an extra £1800.We took legal advice and were told we had a legally binding contract with the garage.When we told the garage about this they made every excuse they could think of.Even though we were in the right,it would take several months to go through arbitration.As my wife needed a new car quickly we decided to buy another make of car,which is an Audi which is a far better car.BE AWARE BUY FROM THIS DEALER AT YOUR PERIL !!!
