My BMW X1 purchase from The Car Arena has been nothing short of fantastic. The car is in perfect condition, and I enjoy every drive. the Mrs has taken a liking to it as well, making it a household favourite. The customer service at The Car Arena, particularly from the helpful and friendly team, was beyond expectations. They were upfront and transparent with the history and information of the car, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Overall, I'm genuinely happy with my purchase and the excellent service provided by The Car Arena. If there was any feedback to give, the only thing I would say is many a few more trade plates wouldn't go a miss, this way multiple people can test drive at the same time. 😊👍
