8 months to get my money back

I bought a Black Ford Galaxy in May and after 3 days a warning light came on and the car was juddering. I tried to return the car and ask for a refund. They refused and kept saying there was nothing wrong. I got 2 diagnostic tests and they still refused even though I was within my rights as a consumer to return the car. I ended up taking them to court and finally got my money back. They continuously lied in front of the judge. They will do ANYTHING to not pay you back. BE WARNED!
