Great after sales experience
Buying my 5 series from Mike was an absolute dream. Doing the deal was so much easier than having to deal with the rubbish of main dealer extras and add ons. When I got the car home, I noticed the electric parcel shelf wasn’t working properly. Mike told me to get it booked in, and they’d sort it. Because I was really busy, I have only just managed to get the car booked in 2 months after purchase. BMW provided me with a quote, which I messaged Mike about and all credit to him, despite the elapsed time, he has paid me the invoice cost. Whilst the car was in with BMW, they did a complimentary health check and it was all totally fine. Completely faultless experience, couldn’t be happier.
