Parts Department Kettering.

Saturday morning rang Ford Parts department got through to and was on hold for the best part of a hour, only then i thought it would be best just to drive there. only to be told there is nobody there in the parts department on a Saturday! then why be put on hold for the best part of a hour saying somebody with be with you asap. Who is in charge of this site do they really know what they are doing ? how hard is it to put a message on the phone saying the Parts department is shut on a Saturday. how many more have rang only to be put on hold nobody else picks the phone up. Do i really want to get parts or even book my car in for a Service! Can somebody from another branch please sort this one out!
