Paul Whatley cars So I bought my car from Paul and his son. Both were absolutely amazing from the start, even the first phone call, couldn’t have been any nicer. Spoke me through all the ins and outs of the car and what it was like, told me everything I needed to know to help with the decision. So I decided to go and view the car even though it was in Stourbridge near birmingham and I’m based up in Glasgow. Got to the garage and and was greeted by both Paul and his son with a very warm welcome, we had a little chat and e seemed a very genuine man, which made me feel a lot better about it all. after a look round the beautiful car and making my mind up this is the one I wanted, his son Simon I believe even took me down to the post office and helped me all the way through with the new keeper slip and gettin the car taxed so I could drive away with no problems. Had one slight issue with my rear differential which sent me into massive panic, so I phoned Paul as the car was under warranty, he could not have been any better with dealing with the situation and handling the repair for me, my car is now fixed and back on the road less than 4 days later!! Absolutely great customer service while purchasing the car and the best after sale service I have ever experienced buying anything at all. just wanted to say a a massive thank you to Paul and his son for bein so accommodating through the whole situation ☺️🙏
