Frustration upon frustration

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. While the salesperson appeared friendly during the initial sale, the post-sale experience has been a complete disaster. Upon purchasing the car, I was shocked to discover that the battery was dead, a crucial detail conveniently omitted by the salesperson. This oversight meant that I had to foot the bill for a new battery myself, adding unexpected expenses to an already costly transaction. Furthermore, it quickly became apparent that the car has serious issues beyond just a dead battery. It has a persistent leak problem, rendering it undrivable in its current condition. To make matters worse, the engine has been prone to overheating failures, making the car completely unreliable. Despite being assured of a 3-month warranty, getting any sort of assistance from the company has been like pulling teeth. I promptly sent over the invoice for the battery replacement over a week ago, expecting a refund as per their warranty policy. However, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment, let alone a refund. Attempts to contact them have been met with silence, as they have conveniently stopped answering calls or responding to messages. At this point, I can only hope that they honor their commitment to refunding the cost of the replacement parts. However, based on their lack of communication and disregard for customer service, I'm not holding my breath. In summary, I would strongly advise against dealing with this company. Their failure to disclose crucial information about the car's condition, coupled with their lack of accountability and poor customer service, has left me deeply dissatisfied and out of pocket. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your automotive needs.
