Appalling service
As this is the second time my car had to be taken in for fixing, they have had my car 10 weeks yesterday and still nothing from them. Customer service is terrible as they resolved nothing, complaints did absolutely sweet all. I explained that I am losing my current borrowed car and honestly they could not have cared less, I have not been updated on anything and IF I have its been due to me calling constantly! I have had my car 4 months and I have only driven it for 3 weeks! They sold me a faulty car and said that if warranty don't cover it then its not their problem to fix which is absolutely disgusting and what makes it even worse is if I was a bloke I probably wouldn't be treated this way! I have now been left with no choice but to get trading standards and a court case involved in this situation as I can't seem to resolve it any other way!! Disgraceful.
