Let down 4 times and Audi don’t care
Booked for a collection in good time for MOT and update on the car. Received a voicemail the day before to ask me to contact them. I rang 4 times and after 20 of waiting on hold each time and wasting over an hour of my time, I eventually got through just before 5pm to be told they weren’t coming. Next appointment was weeks after my MOT was due and I wasn’t able to get to Audi with such short notice as I work 6 days a week and they aren’t open on Sundays. The girl on the phone couldn’t have cared less. She said she was trying to help me as she had asked her supervisor and was told I could be squashed in and would have to come down and wait. I kept telling her that I couldn’t have time off work with such short notice. I work at a GP and have a full list of patients everyday who can’t be cancelled at such short notice and certainly not before my MOT. She couldn’t have tried harder to get me off the phone and they didn’t want to help. At this point I need to add that this is the forth time Audi Warrington have let me down. The first time I explained the problems that the car was having. It was returned having been serviced but none of the issues were fixed. The second they called me the day of my appointment and said they weren’t coming. The third they just didn’t show up with no communication at all and now this. Not to mention the car itself. I get locked in the car due to a central locking fault. Bits of the inside just fall off because it’s so poorly made. I can be driving and all of a sudden the car will tell me there’s no keys in the vehicle which is really unsettling when you’re on a dual carriageway or motorway. As a result I will only make short journeys. I cannot count how many times Audi assist have had to come out because of danger lights coming on unnecessarily. I actually can’t wait to give it back. Please, if you take anything from this review, avoid Warrington audi because their service is poor to say the least
