Terrible. Faulty and no refund.
I bought a camper van 6 months ago. With a problem od over revving suddenly, which Paul at C and A Motors stated was a small problem and would be fixed. It's been in and out of the dealers with the same problem. I haven't seen it for over 4 months, the specialist garage in Oldham can not fix it. C and A Motors refuse to refund or mediate and I am having to go to court. I paid £13k. Ive never come across such poor customer service, and can't understand why they think it's ok to keep the van, not fix it and not return my money. Really, buyer beware, don't hand money over as a deposit on the promise of any problems getting fixed before full payment is made. A decent dealer would simply acknowledge there's been a problem and refund the customer. Not C and A Motors,
