The car was sold to us with a fault and kept switching off whilst driving, we brought the car in July 2015 and still in December 2015 they hadn't sorted the fault meaning I was back and forth with two children when I got the car back in December it was leaking exhaust uses to the engine bay and nothing was put together properly it then took until JUNE 2016 to get my money back and I lost over £1000 in other forms of transport and had to pay for my use of vehicle which I barely used but they bodged the paperwork to make it look as though 1000 miles had been done before I even got in the car! Fayrewood Car Sales in Ashley Road Boscombe and as for customer service first I was dealing with Andy who then said he wasn't dealing with it I was then passed to Craig and backwards and forwards Craig was extremely rude and shouted at me on a couple of occasions whilst my kids were there and said that the fault wasn't a fault at all all Peugeot diesel cars do that but he refused to prove his point on the other Peugeot's he had for sale because he was lying and it was insulting him saying this because obviously cars don't stall whilst driving along and make a struggling sound whilst switching on/ driving! I wouldn't recommend this place to buy a car just because of the pure fact if there is a problem with the car they won't fix it and you will have the hassle of no car (64 days they had my car between September and December) and out of that they have me a courtesy car for 7 days! I had to provide transport for the whole time even after when I was trying to get my money back so it was a very stressful and expensive year for me especially having a newborn baby we went there to spend a bit more to buy a safe and reliable car for the kids what we got was dangerous and a good job I got it checked as they have it back with the new problem of exhaust fumes filling the engine bay and obviously flowing back into the car It made us all ill over Xmas the only reason I didn't go to court with it is I had spent enough time but had I known the car was going to be back on their forecourts I would have reconsidered that decision I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these. I am not the only one to be treated like this after speaking with others, do beware!!
