Not good
I purchased my car and I travel 200 miles to collect it, from the beginning I was happy, car was very clean, collection without issues. Later I started having a weird noise from the suspension, I went to the local halfords garage to check it and they said front suspension went and I would need to pay nearly 500 pounds for the repair, I didn't want to deal with warranty as I was not even able to go back to the dealership with damaged suspension so I decided to repair in my local halfords garage, but I personally think if they would check the car properly before sell, they would be able to find this issue and sort it out instead of selling car like that.. Then unfortunetely I lost my service book and from december 2023 I did contact spencer car sales several times by email/phone/chat and ask them to just give me mileage and dates so I can fill up my new service book with correct service history(how long does it take for them? 2 minutes?), but only empty promises they are saying "we will call you back" or "someone will be in touch" as I can see they are not willing to help now, shocking customer service. I would not use spencer car sales again, I preffer to pay more and go to the local showroom as if something happend I can go directly to the dealer and sort it out, instead of empty promisses on the phone
