Cowboys! Cowboys! Ordered new car in January, took £1500 deposit, waited months for a car that would never arrive, I was stringed along with excuses, but Vauxhall confirmed the car could not be built. Evans Halshaw kept this from me. They refused to refund deposit. but offered another car which was not accepted. Eventually obtained car from another dealer which they stated they would service etc. However they refused to fit parts which they ordered for me, but quoted over £500 for service.
