We recently bought a second hand car from this garage and were pleased to find a local no pressure approach to the team. They agreed to service the car before we collected the car, unlike another local garage we visited, and even offered to deliver the car to our home if we couldn't get a lift over to pick it up. They went out of their way to help us. We did have 1 fault within a couple of weeks, the emissions light popped on one day, we contacted Crossways Garage and they booked the car in and fitted a new sensor, we had the car back the same day. The warranty we had covered most things but not the sensor, however as it was within 30 days of us picking up the car, the covered the cost. We understand that warranties don't cover everything but were pleased with the gesture. We would recommend Crossways Garage as a fair, friendly garage, who do their best to look after customers, in our experience.
