We purchased a vehicle from Danny on Christmas Eve. Our car had to be scrapped after failing it's MOT. We had looked at several vehicles but hadn't felt comfortable purchasing from some of the dealers we visited. However, on finding a car at Woodcote Carriages we immediately felt comfortable. Danny went above and beyond for us. It was 1pm on Christmas Eve when we went to pick the vehicle up. Unfortunately we had problems with the finance coming through and had to go away and sort it out. Danny said that if we could get it sorted then he would still let us pick it up. We finally sorted it at 4pm and Danny kindly came back to open us for us and let us take the car. We would have been completely stuffed without a car all over the Christmas period. So thank you for your understanding and great customer service.
