Will mis-sell. Will commit that there is full service history - there won't be. Will say they've serviced the car, but they won't have. Will give you a part-exchange price but then change it to webuyanycar levels. Will take advantage of elderly female customers. Will act as like Rodney Trotter would. Won't even clean the car, never mind valet. Won't treat you with respect. You will talk away with regrets.
