Dishonest

I purchased a BMW from this dealership back in May and I am not happy with the service. This car was sold as if it was in perfect condition when in fact i had been involved in a accident and the drivers side had been resprayed. My friend is a mechanic and noticed this. The dealership are denying that they knew about it and when I asked for some of my money back they didn't want to know. The car is lovely and runs great but I didn't like the dishonesty and think they could have knocked some money off.
