Purchased a Ford Ecosport automatic, but unfortunately reverse gear failed on my drive home. Phoned Will, and he came out to me straight away with a replacement car while he took the ford to be repaired. After the Ford was repaired, Adam took it home with him to check that all was ok. Very pleased with the car, and very much appreciate the helpful attitude of everyone at the Cinderford branch. Well done Will and your team.
