Not very happy with dealership at moment. The clutch went on our car on new years eve and we had to be towed by RAC back to Cannock. After looking at the car we were informed the replacement part would be another week but no courtesy car was available for us in the meantime. We have now been told it could be another 6/8 weeks before the part arrives and still no availability of a courtesy car during this time. I'm surprised that a dealership this size can't help to find us a courtesy car. As my husband and I are in our 60/70's its no joke not having the availability of transport, particularly as public transport is limited. As this is going to be taking a long time for the car to be back on the road, it's going to be an impossible few weeks with no transport. .Definitely NOT happy!!
