This was the third time buying a ford vehicle and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Promises made and not followed up on, and spending weeks chasing up to ensure I got what I'd been promised. I'd recommend looking at other ford dealerships before looking here as there are far better one in Leeds and surrounding areas to choose from.
