Diabolical aftersales customer service

After buying my Mercedes GLA220 from this dealership, with full dealership services on a 5 year old car I had in excess of £2500 worth of problems. I sold the car having rectified the problems with no contribution or recognition of the dealerships shoddy advice that led to the issues. Now, having cancelled the service plan (£1500 in total) in November 2023, the are ignoring/refusing to pay the refund of nearly £900, despite being given clear instructions to do so by Mercedes Benz customer care centre in Milton Keynes. I would receive better customer care from Mikes Dodgey Motors serviced by Willys wonder wheels garage!!!
