Hire charged for damages not repaired

Minor damage to the van and charged a large amounted. When as to see quotes and evidence of repair they declined saying it would be reflected in the cost of depreciation when the vehcile is sold. So charged for repairs with no intention of doing them. They dont offer insurance against acidential damage. Use at your risk. Third time I have used and all vehciles have damages so this is a common practice. First time had flat and there was no spare..second time the back door wouldnt shut.
