Unprofessional and untrustworthy

Dealt with Gary, totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. At 12 noon arranged to view and test drive a vehicle just after 4pm as they only take appointments. Arrived just after 4pm only to be told he was just selling the vehicle to another chap who had rung up at 3.15 and viewed at 3.30 as he had 1st option. Asked why he hadn't even rung me to let me know as he had my phone number and it would have saved me a 26 mile trip and a gallon of diesel. His reply was sorry but that's the way I do business. Given his response I wouldn't buy a vehicle off him if he was the only dealer in the world
