No complaints on our T-Cross purchase.

Having spotted the SUV on Auto Trader and making an enquiry I was almost immediately contacted by Beth Lawrence. To reserve the car she advised I put a deposit against it which I did. After further conversation regarding part exchanging our Golf we agreed to meet at the Parkway Derby show room on Tuesday the 9th to complete the paperwork. Finding the show room was tenuous. We became late for our appointment but fortunately Beth had the foresight to telephone us and gave us directions to the show room. On arrival at the show room Beth patiently went through the requirements to complete the purchase, set up the temporary insurance and the car navigation such that we could find our way home. Would I buy another car from Parkway Derby. Yes if Beth was there to help.
