Such a fall from grace for Kia Mantles

Great care given when paying for a service and/or MOT, but when there is no monetary gain the attitude and approach is significantly different. My car developed a significant fault in October 2023 and requires a new part. Now in 2024 and still waiting for the part, being forced to drive a faulty vehicle and chase Kia Mantels for updates. No follow up or alternative provided apart from ‘continue waiting’. 81 days and counting……………………………….
