Worst Experience - Garage MIA once purchasing car, no aftercare. Spoke to a chap who had listed the car i ended up buying, advised there was no fault to the body work and just one alloy was scuffed. This was not the case, the car was covered in paint chips and later on found the car had a few dents to the doors, all alloys were scuffed and was sold it on the basis of the car having 2 keys, advised they accepted the car with just one a few days after buying this car. Mentioned i would get a free service and MOT due to being advised one thing and not the other. Also the car came without any car mats, was definitely not cleaned inside or out, even though the dealership had over a week to clean it prior to me collecting it. Absolutely horrendous, this garage is a joke, if you are wanting a professional sale and good after care, Lennox Auto is not the garage for you. I now have to pay out an extra £450 for a new key and pay out for car mats. The car has only turned 3 years old, all of this should be included. Trying to get hold of the garage and no one answers, however they were very persistent in getting their £199 administration fee off of me and now they are MIA. I will be posting about this garage advising on this horrendous experience on other pages, i have no idea how they are still running.
