Awful - do not buy from here.
The initial sales process was good, all as you would expect. However, since that this is without doubt the worst car dealership I have dealt with. The customer service and general treatment of my wife and myself has been atrocious. My car broke down due to electrical faults and Glyn Hopkins decided to not include this under warranty. Instead they charged me for the repairs on the electrical items and also the cost of the draining of my fuel tank. Glyn Hopkins blamed the fuel for the vehicle breakdown (fuel provider (BP) has done an investigation into this incident)), but provided no evidence whatsoever of this, instead they drained the fuel tank before doing any other tests despite being told what the error was from the initial breakdown team and myself. They then refused to let me drive my vehicle away without paying and said I must dispute the charge afterwards. The Team there (Jason Hurrell, Lisa Connolly and Ryan Rookard) have refused to engage in a decent conversation with me regarding my complaint and have instead refused to investigate the error. They have now stopped communications altogether. The car then broke down a further two times for the same electrical issues but they still refuse to acknowledge any potential fault. Notably the garage that repaired it this time did not charge me for the repair. I have since rejected the vehicle and returned it to Nissan. Without doubt the worst experience I have had buying a car and with zero care for the customer once they had my money. Never buy from here if you want good after purchase care.
