Appalling service!
In November just gone I discovered water getting into the boot of my Hyundai Tucson. I made an appointment to get this checked out and subsequently got an booking for my car to be repaired by a 3rd party repairer. I duly delivered my car to Marshall's last Tuesday, 2nd January and was told it would take a week. I have since discovered that it has only been inspected today, Monday 8th January and work on my car has not even been started! I have had to contact the repairer directly to obtain this information! The level of service, or rather the lack thereof, I have received from Marshall Hyundai has been appallingly bad, they never phone me back to inform me of the progress on my vehicle and there's always an excuse as to why they cannot provide me with a courtesy car! I am extremely disappointed especially after the excellent performance of the salesperson who I dealt with when I purchased the car last March!
