Great car awful dealership

When I brought a 2 year old jaguar ex with under 6 thousand miles from Inchcape Jaguar the salesman was a delight the chap on the test drive lovely in fact everyone was really helpful and I was even happy with the trade in price on my jaguar xf all was well. Later while enquiring about a service they weren't sure on the mileage between services or the price in the end I said just service it with the MOT and they knocked £50 off for all my hassles. The first time I used it the deployable tow bar came loose, Jaguar assist came out and cable tied it up I then waited 3 months for jaguar to fit it in to be repaired. The repair went on and on they had the car 10 days and they even called me and asked if they could just take the towbar off, during this repair I had to chase them up because they didn't keep me informed and even insist on a courtesy car. The next service and MOT no better than the first and another discount for my trouble. The third MOT and service was the worst they found the brake fluid was contaminated (the car had only ever been to them) and told me it would be £5000 to correct. Inchcape Jaguar are no longer affiliated with the motor trader ombudsman so I would have to fund my own legal costs to fight the case. In the end I had the car towed to another garage who discovered the gasket was missing from the brake fluid bottle lid. I now no longer use Inchcape I go to J-Cat independent Jaguar garage, so far they have been excellent. This year Inchcape sent me a reminder for my service and MOT and it was £1300 because it includes a cam belt change, my car doesn't have a cam belt. I have owned 4 JLR vehicles and they have all been a pleasure but dealing with Inchcape Jaguar has not.
