Zero customer care.
After a used car developed a fault, I needed to make a warranty claim. I firstly ended up speaking with a really rude woman over the phone but eventually booked in online. Through a genuine mistake I missed the appointment (wrong day of the week in mind over Christmas break), messaged that evening to apologise (accepting my fault) asking if can rearrange and got a response back "NOTHING WILL BE COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY NOW AS YOU FAILED TO TURN UP FOR APPOINTMENT". Wow.... firstly this means they are declining a warranty claim without eeing the car, and secondly heaven forbid something serious happens in your personal life meaning you genuinely miss the booking (illness, bereavement, emergencies at home, childcare etc) but clearly either do not accept human error or have absolutely no intention of assisting with warranty claims. These are particularly nasty people.
