Bad organisation, clumsy technicians
Generally, the dealership is poorly run and badly organised. I have had years of experience with them, and it’s always been a struggle to get things done and get them to respond. The latest ‘surprise’: they were replacing wiper blades on my car and managed to make a large crack (over 20cm) in the windscreen. I can’t imagine what you should do to make that! Of course, they offered to replace the screen for free, but now I am dreading the process (because they have to order it) and then there is no guarantee that they do it right. Don’t go there!
