Bad experience

I have always read reviews, and been influenced by them. So having read good reviews for DJ woodcock York, I took my car in for suspension replacement front. Whilst the car was being worked on I had a look to see how it was going. The mechanic / car. Sales guy had both front brake calipers hanging on their hoses no support, not a done thing if you know what you are doing. Anyway 2 hours later job finished. Day later clonking sound from front. Took car back, suspension refitted, told all was good. Not so Car back again week later . Told faulty part and was replaced. Car returned to me.On inspection both suspension units were the new originals.However clonking sound somewhat less. This mechanic should either sell used cars or concentrate on his mechanical work. Bad experience lied to about exchanging faulty parts, and bad workmanship. Not recommended for car repairs.
