Changed their name.

I bought a Ford Ranger from these in November 2022. I had it for approximately 3 weeks before it ended up in a garage for almost 3 months. It was fixed under the warranty but just trying to speak to this, so called ‘Dealership’ was next to impossible. After the garage having it for 2 months, I got it back just to have it for less than 24 hours before it was back in. Drive chain, gear box, drive switch, belts and battery etc. The list goes on. Finally got my Ranger back and it drove great after spending an additional £1780 to have it fixed up. Recently been told that the engine has been needing replacement since 2022. None of this was made aware to me before purchasing it. I have since tried to speak with the original Easy car Credit who have changed their name to Accept car credit or something like that and they have told me ‘It was a while ago, it’s not our problem’ I have been waiting for a call or email back from their ‘Aftersales’ team since November 2022. I would genuinely avoid at all cost. It will only be a matter of time before someone gets hurt purchasing a vehicle from these. I have all the emails, call logs and text messages to provide for any evidence should you wish to see them.
