Awful customer service

Booked in for mot and was left in lounge for two hours when I enquired how much longer car was ready in 10 minutes and I was told car parked in lobby and paperwork to follow by e Mail. Did not find out I had failed until I got home as no one there mentioned it. I would seriously avoid having work done at this dealership part of Hendon group.
