So to begin with I was told my car had apple play.. this was not the case! I test drove two cars and was told both had the same spec but the one I was considering had higher internal spec. I was shown the apple play on the one car and then told the higher spec car had exact same apple play. I test drove both but Stupidly took the word of the sales man that both had apple play. This was the start of the lies! Terrible experience! Bought a car in October 23, 2 weeks after having it gear box and clutch break causing me to break down and car had to be recovered as totally not drivable . 4 weeks later car needed new brakes and discs, 2 weeks later car still squeaking and shaking so my Husband spoke with sales manager as we couldn’t get anyone on service desk . Assured by manager that car would be booked in but Louis didn’t bother booking us in or contacting us so 13 further calls and no answer and then car totally brakes down 4 days later on 21st December and had to be recovered AGAIN! So third brake down and now a whole list of new faults including a new battery!!!!. Then a call at 10.30 on 27th to say car is ready but on questioning the car isn’t fixed and needs to come back in again on two further appointments!! Absolutely not!! Now expecting a refund and going to a reputable garage!! After care is non existent and lies and more lies given . Disgraceful aftercare from the team and I question how they can sell a car that was serviced and given a MOT two weeks before purchase with so many dangerous issues! Absolutely sickening service! Thankfully all calls are recorded for us to use as more proof of lies and incompetency
