Dire. Avoid at all costs

Support during sales was fine, but not all information proved accurate. Little interest or capability in diagnosing and fixing issues subsequently. Communication and coordination/ownership of actions comically appalling leading to long delays and no resolution. Any attempt to express disatisfaction met with silence, rebuttal and upon escalation told to effectively like it or lump it. No acceptance of responsibility for mistakes. No apologies. Dreadful and outdated approach to customer service/satisfaction. Made to feel a nuisance, like getting eye contact or a response is doing a massive favour. Reminds me of experience with British Leyland garage, just before they ceased trading.
