MOT & very over priced for the work

Took my car in for it's MOT. The only thing it failed on was a rear fog light (they said it was out of alignment and needed replacing but still worked). Thinking it would be a relatively cheap fix agreed for them to carry out the work (but they wouldn't give an estimated cost) having looked on line and seen the part was £25 and it being a very simple 20min job to replace, I was thinking worst case looking at £75 for the work. And this way the car would get it's MOT after the re-test. I was shocked to find out that the final bill was £211.38. £54 for the MOT and then £157.38 to replace a rear fog light. This garage is an absolute joke and no wonder they didn't want to give a quote for the work as I would have laughed at them and done it myself as it really isn't a difficult job to do. I would strongly advise people not to use this garage or before any work is carried out, insist that they give an accurate quote for the work. If they don't then please, please walk away from them. Such a huge disappointment of a garage that is willing to rip people off instead of being honest about things upfront.
