Purchased a used BMW

My Misses purchased a used BMW from James at Summerhill Motors in Bristol a couple of weeks ago. We saw the car which had some damage to the front passengers side wheel arch and bumper. James informed us that he would get it fixed, so why not had a drive in it. So, we had a drive. On return James informed us that he would get the repair done and put the cover over the electrics behind the rear view mirror which was in the office. He informed us we had a 3 month warranty and 1 year AA cover for recovery only. James delivered the car on a Sunday afternoon. The cover for the electrics behind the rear view mirror was still missing which he stated was still in his office and he will send it to us in the post. Also, he will send us an invoice. I emailed James a week ago regarding these items and he has ignored my email. Considering James seemed like an honest and fair person when we viewed the car, we trusted him to keep to his word. He hasn’t to date wish has spoilt the whole purchase of a car from his company Summerhill Motors Bristol. We still haven’t received the invoice for the car, the electric wiring cover, confirmation in writing of the 3 month warranty or the AA cover. We did have two leaflets with the paperwork he gave us along with past MOT reports. As the question to yourself, is he an honest business owner who is trustworthy. We say NO!
