Awful customer service

Salesman spent ages on a phone call before helping us. Tried to tell us we'd already been in to look for a car for our sister and had our car valued for part exchange - haven't even got a sister@ Not interested in giving us any part exchange so we came away without the lovely car we'd fallen in love with. Always been very impressed here, but just don't bother here now!
