"Extremely Disappointing - Avoid
"Extremely Disappointing Post-Purchase Service: Avoid this Dealer!" The dealer was initially helpful and gave a discount due to the fact there was no service done on the vehicle. Tyrone promised a 3-month warranty with local repair as I live over 4hrs from BRG, and RAC cover. The vehicle broke down on my way home, I could not make any contact with Tyrone. No effort was made by BRG to repair the issue, I ended up having to pay for the repair myself. The local repair garage informed me there was also an issue with the injectors. Numerous emails, texts and calls were made to Tyrone but no response. I then put the vehicle through the DOE, it failed on 14 items including majors faults with the brakes. BRG staff would not arrange for any repair locally, insisting the vehicle be returned for in house repair. I returned the vehicle and heard nothing for over 2 weeks, eventually all I got was excuses and another week went by. They refused to repair all the items on the fail sheet apart from the brakes and tried telling me there was no issue with the engine/ injectors. I requested a refund but was told the vehicle was now worth less than what I payed for it due to the items listed on the fail sheet, all of which were present when the sale was made. A solicitors letter was sent to BRG on my behalf requesting a refund, this was ignored. I eventually gave up after nearly 3 months of extreme stress from dealing with both members of BRG staff. Think long and hard before you part with your hard earned money and make a purchase from BRG. They will promise you everything you want to hear, in the end all they do is lie and deny!
