Not as expected

Myself and my wife bought a used Toyota Aygo around 16th November we had no MOT certificate, no invoice a blank service book with no stamps we made around 6/8 phone calls to try anf sort with no success nobody came back to us I phoned and spoke to Joe Hurlock he came back to me within the hour and told me everything was sorted he then delivered everything to us this young man was polite so helpful and your dealership is lucky to have him yours sincerely Peter Smith
