I bought a VW Golf from this dealer. Prior to the sale, communication was great. Once I had bought the car, emails have either been ignored or at the best, been several days before a reply was received. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and 6 days for a reply to an email regarding an outstanding issue. Despite emails from the dealer to honour an agreement that was made, I have received nothing but unfulfilled promises.
