Disappointing Experience at Arnold Clark

My family and I recently visited Arnold Clark in Stretford, Manchester, with the intention of viewing a manual transmission Toyota CHR. Despite the rainy weather, we were eager to see the car. Upon arrival, we were assisted by a tall, bearded guy. When we expressed our interest in the Toyota CHR, he informed us that the car was outside and locked due to the rain. After some time, we asked him for the exact location of the car outside. He vaguely pointed in a direction, but we were unable to locate the car in the rain. When we returned and informed him that we couldn’t find the car, he casually mentioned that it might be in the depot and locked, and that they couldn’t bring the car to us. This was quite shocking to us. Despite our disappointment, we insisted on seeing the car. Eventually, he brought the car into the showroom. However, his demeanor was visibly unhappy and he seemed irritated. In his haste, he even crashed the car into another vehicle in front of us, which was a shocking sight. Without explaining what he was going to do, he left the car doors open and left. While we were inspecting the car suddenly he sat in the car drove away. Our experience at Arnold Clark in Stretford was far from satisfactory. The staff member’s attitude was unprofessional and his lack of assistance was disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership due to the poor customer service we received.
