Bad customer service & quality

I have been a customer of Eden Newbury for around 7 years now. Unfortunately i’m writing this because their standards are slipping and it is not acceptable. I collected my new car (2021 Grandland X) around 6 weeks ago and already have had to book it in for a new battery as the car barely turns over and the stop start does not work. The earliest I could get me in was 2 months away which is not acceptable but I was told “well what else do you want us to do?” - Stupid question. I also complained about a chip in the windscreen but it fell on deaf ears. When I asked if their cars were inspected before being sold I was told “well they normally are”. Since I made this booking I have noticed that the rear screen wash is not working and the parcel shelf in the boot is broken. We have this car on a 4 year lease and unless they can solve these issues we will not be coming back.
