2 weeks after buying a car from this dealer the engine failed and needed replacing. Obviously I was not going to pay for a replacement engine so got in touch with the dealer, who refused to refund me any money. After a few phone calls from my angry husband, he agreed to refund part but not all of the money. His reason for this? He'd have to pay to recover the vehicle, however he turned up only in his car to tow the car back. No recovery cost involved. He still then would not give me all the money we had agreed on, saying he would give the remainder once I had received the log book and forwarded it on to him. 7 weeks later and no log book, the DVLA state they have not had anything sent to them. He still refuses to give me the rest of my money. I should have known he was a dodgy dealer from the start DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. You will get a car that will probably break and you'll have to fight to get any money back.
